swcv -- Reminder Letter to Municipalities

The Air Resources Board (ARB) mailed a letter to municipalities to remind them of their annual reporting requirements set forth in the Solid Waste Collection Vehicle Rule. Municipalities are required to submit an annual report to ARB listing their contracted waste haulers information by January 31 of each year through 2010. The letter has been posted under the "Whats New" section at http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/SWCV/SWCV.htm
