The California Air Resources Board has released updated software to the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software suite. The updated software are available for download at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/harp.htm. - A new version of the HARP2 Emission Inventory Module (V2.0.4) is available. To download this software or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/eim.htm. - A new version of the HARP2 Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT) (dated 15180) is available. To download this software or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/admrt.htm. - The HARP2 Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST) (dated 151076) has been repacked with the latest HRACalc processor (dated 15180). The HRACalc processor is a shared resource utilized by both the ADMRT and RAST for risk calculation. To download this software or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/rast.htm. Note: Please uninstall the older software version before installing any of the above software. To uninstall an older version, go to Start->Control Panel->Programs and features, select the appropriate software, and then click “Uninstall” on the top menu bar. Although uninstalling HARP software would only remove HARP program files, we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the software to prevent accidental data loss.
