The Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss the proposed statewide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions level for 1990. Staff will present updated emissions estimates and methodologies for the 1990 emissions level. The Board will meet on December 6, 2007 to consider the staff’s proposed 1990 GHG emissions level and approve a 2020 GHG emissions limit. The Board is required to approve a 2020 GHG emissions limit by January 1, 2008, pursuant to the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32; Statutes of 2006, chapter 488). The workshop will be open to all interested parties. It will be held at the following time and location.
