PUBLIC WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS THE PROCEDURE FOR APPROVING
AFTERMARKET DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTERS INTENDED AS MODIFIED PARTS
FOR 2007-2009 ON-ROAD HEAVY-DUTY DIESEL ENGINES . 

Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) staff invites you to
participate in a third public workshop to discuss proposed
amendments to the Criteria for the Evaluation of Motor Vehicle
Pollution Control Devices, Title 13, California Code of
Regulations (CCR), Sections 2220-2225 (Aftermarket Parts).  These
amendments would establish a procedure for approving non-original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) aftermarket diesel particulate
filters (DPF) intended as modified parts for 2007-2009 on-road
heavy-duty diesel engines.  ARB staff has scheduled a workshop to
discuss its proposed evaluation procedure.

The workshop will be held at the following date, time, and
location:

			Time:		1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
