The California Air Resources Board Rail Yard Agreement Web page has been updated with the new information. See http://www.arb.ca.gov/railyard/ryagreement/ryagreement.htm . This is the fourth semi-annual meeting being convened by the California Air Resources Board (ARB) as part of the Statewide Rail Yard Agreement. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss potential future emission control measures to reduce railroad emissions. This meeting will be held in El Monte, California on Wednesday, November 28th, 2007.
