zev-program -- Notice of 2008 ZEV Regulatory Amendments Concept Paper

The Air Resources Board has posted a new concept paper outlining proposed amendments to the zero emission vehicle or ZEV regulation. In developing the new proposals, staff started with the range of proposed amendments heard at the July 24, 2007 workshop, and considered comments received at the workshop and in dozens of subsequent meetings with affected stakeholders.
