The Final Regulation Orders for the OBD II and emission warranty regulations, recently approved by the Office of Administrative Law on November 9, 2007, have been made available. These are the final regulation orders for the OBD II and emission warranty regulations, sections 1968.2, 1968.5, 2035, 2037, and 2038 of title 13, California Code of Regulations.
