To all interested parties,

The results of a follow-up audit of the South Coast Air Quality
Management District's Carl Moyer Program are now available.
Those results are reported in two associated documents: 1) a
letter to the SCAQMD from the California Air Resources Board and
2) a report from the Department of Finance.  Those documents are

In addition, the Air Resources Board recently sent a letter to
the Bay Area Air Quality Management District regarding follow-up
activities stemming from the audit conducted in early 2007. That
