arbcombo -- Reminder: Public Workshop to Consider Changes to the Carl Moyer Program to Implement SB 513
Posted: 09 Mar 2016 12:21:07
The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) would like to remind all interested parties of the opportunity to provide input on the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (Carl Moyer Program) as changes are considered to reflect new opportunities provided by Senate Bill 513. A workshop to discuss the Carl Moyer Program is scheduled for Thursday, March 10, 1:30 PM, as part of ARB’s initial effort seeking public input on potential revisions to program guidelines. Staff plans to take proposed revisions to Carl Moyer Program guidelines to the Board for consideration in early 2017. Areas of focus include infrastructure projects, cost-effectiveness limits, leveraging opportunities, and program administration. Workshop materials and additional details have been posted at http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/2017guideline.htm. Attendees have the option of participating via webinar – details to register have been posted at the link above. Additional information on the Carl Moyer Program is available at http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/moyer.htm, and current Program guidelines may be found at http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/guidelines/current.htm.
