The California Air Resources Board (ARB) is hosting a public workshop to present updates to the economic modeling of the 2030 Target Scoping Plan and solicit stakeholder input on the December Discussion Draft of the 2030 Target Scoping Plan. A detailed agenda will be released prior to the event on the Scoping Plan webpage at: www.arb.ca.gov/cc/scopingplan/scopingplan.htm The meeting is open to the public and full participation by all parties is encouraged: DATE: Friday, December 16, 2016 TIME: 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm PLACE: California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) Byron Sher Auditorium 1001 I Street, 2nd Floor Sacramento, California 95814 Background This workshop is part of the public process to update the AB 32 Scoping Plan to reflect Governor’s Executive Order B-30-15 and Senate Bill 32, which establish a mid-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction target for California of 40 percent below 1990 levels by 2030.
