These investments accelerate the transition to low carbon freight and passenger transportation with an emphasis on investments that provide health and economic benefits to disadvantaged communities. The Governor has proposed $363 million in Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds for Low Carbon Transportation investments and $28.6 million for AQIP investments for FY 2017-18. ARB staff intends to develop a joint Funding Plan for Low Carbon Transportation and AQIP. California is in a drought emergency. Visit www.SaveOurH2O.org for water conservation tips.
