The 30-day public inspection period for the Air Resources Board
(ARB) report runs from June 19, 2012, to July 19, 2012.  The
report can be viewed

A limited number of copies of the report are available at the
Visitor Center at the California Air Resources Board’s
headquarters at 1001 I Street, Sacramento.
