We apologize for the inconvenience. In place of this meeting, ARB staff will release, for written comment, a paper that will address the treatment of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from biomass fuels within California’s GHG emissions cap-and-trade program. This paper will discuss how carbon neutrality will be handled in the context of the cap-and-trade program. A note will be sent to the cap-and-trade list serve when the paper is posted to the website.
