The first webinar is scheduled for September 23, 2008 (10:30-12:30 pm, PDT), at the request of the International Wood Products Association (IWPA) and will focus on bringing importers and distributors up-to-date on California’s new composite wood product regulation. The other webinar is scheduled for September 25, 2008 (10:00-11:00 am, PDT), at the request of the Western Home Furnishings Association, and intended to update furniture retailers. Both webinars will provide compliance guidance for the specific groups targeted and will focus on describing the essential requirements of the regulation, the status of manufacturer certification efforts, and an enforcement program update.
