The OAL has, accordingly, filed the final rulemaking package with the Secretary of State. The amended Regulations will become effective July 20, 2005. The approval pertains to amendments to the California Consumer Products Regulations and Test Method 310, and adoption of an Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Para-dichlorobenzene, as adopted by the ARB at the June 24, 2004 meeting.
