Date: Thu, 8 Sep 2016 09:44:20 -0700 Subject: desig -- Recommended Area Designations for Revised Federal Ozone Standard From: pcox@arb.ca.gov On October 1, 2015, the U.S. EPA revised the federal 8-hour average ozone standard, lowering the standard from 0.075 parts per million (ppm) to 0.070 ppm. ARB staff has prepared a Staff Report containing recommendations for area designations and associated boundaries in California based on ambient ozone air quality data monitored from 2013 through 2015.
