Since October, Appendix G of the staff report has been available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format on the regulatory documents page at http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/trude03/trude03.htm. The Excel file is now available from Appendix G of the staff report. The tables in the Excel file include changes made to Matrices 3 & 4 that reflect Appendix D, Table D-1, in the staff report. This adjusts the cost for the two alternatives discussed in the staff report (electrification and cryogenic alternative technologies). The basis and conclusion of the staff report stays the same, but the alternative technology for electrification and cryogenic reflect a new cost-effectiveness range. These changes will be included in the 15-day notice package following the December Board Hearing. At this time, the December Hearing is still scheduled to occur. If any changes do occur before December 11, we will inform you of the change. Please contact Mr. Tony Andreoni at 916-324-6021 if you have additional questions.
