In several mobile source categories, certification applications submitted by manufacturers have limited changes from one model-year to the next. This provides an opportunity for certification staff to spend less time reviewing material that has already been reviewed the previous year. In turn, it should provide manufacturers shorter certification processing time and a quicker Executive Order. Therefore, ARB staff has developed an optional streamlined certification process which will be discussed at the workshop. The workshop will be held via webinar only at the following date and time: Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2014 Time: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Location: WEBINAR ONLY (GoToMeeting) Prior to the workshop, the presentation and documents describing the proposed carryover/partial carryover process will be available on ARB’s website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/cert.htm Please note that the workshop will be available only via webinar. Prior to the workshop, the webinar link will be provided on the website listed above. If you have any questions or comments pertaining to the workshop, please contact Jackie Lourenco, Branch Chief, Emissions Compliance, Automotive Regulations and Science Division, at (626) 450-6152 or by email at Jackie.Lourenco@arb.ca.gov.
