Screening Test Of Highway Motorcycles And Off-Highway
Recreational Vehicles.   

By letter, Reference No. CMC-2016-064, dated August 23, 2016, Air
Resources Board (ARB) notifies manufacturers of highway
motorcycles and off-highway recreational vehicles that, vehicles
undergoing certification confirmatory testing will also be tested
using ARB’s special driving cycles and under conditions that may
reasonably be expected to be encountered in normal operation and
use to evaluate emissions behavior outside of the Federal Test
Procedure.  ARB’s letter Reference No. CMC 2016 064 is available
