More than 60 in-class, webcast, and online courses are offered to students throughout the State with the ultimate goal of reducing harmful emissions by promoting full compliance with air pollution regulations. The Enforcement Division's Training Section is pleased to announce the release of its newest online training course 100A: The Fundamentals of Enforcement (FOE) Visible Emissions Evaluation (VEE) Online Training. This interactive course is free, flexible, and self-paced. With internet access and a computer, students may learn anywhere, at any time. Course 100A is a prerequisite and critical foundation for VEE certification. After completing it and the subsequent one-day course 100B: the FOE VEE Field Training, students will be well-prepared to test for U.S. EPA Method 9 certification at any one of ARB’s VEE Certification sessions (100.1 and 100.2) held throughout California.
