The Consolidated Table of OEHHA/ARB Approved Risk Assessment Health
Values is a quick look-up table of all cancer potency values and
noncancer acute and chronic Reference Exposure Levels (RELs) that are
available for use in the AB 2588 Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Program.  The
table has been updated with the latest chronic RELs and some corrections
to the cancer potency values.

The Air Resources Board (ARB) is pleased to announce the release of the
Hotspots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software.  The HARP
software is a single integrated package that can be used by the air
pollution control and air quality management districts (districts),
facility operators, consultants, and other parties to promote statewide
consistency, efficiency, and cost-effective development of facility
health risk assessments.  HARP assists with the programmatic
requirements of the Air Toxics “Hot Spots” Program and can also be used
for other types of health risk assessments (e.g., facility permitting).

HARP is able to perform the following functions: 1) electronic data
transfer from facilities and districts; 2) facility prioritization
methodology; 3) air dispersion modeling; 4) perform a full continuum of
health risk assessment (HRA) applications using both point estimates and
data distributions; 5) assess individual cancer risk and noncancer
(acute and chronic) health impacts, and cancer burden; and 6) display
output in a tabular format and in a Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
program.
