New BPIP.DLL: To increase the number of buildings allowed by BPIP, download this file. The file is a new BPIP.DLL with the upper limit on number of buildings increased to 100. Replace the current version of BPIP.DLL with this file. The file is located in either C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory depending on your operating system. B. To update the HARP health and pollutant tables, download the file “HealthPol.zip” . 1. Download and unzip the file. 2. Copy the "Health.mdb" file to the HARP main folder (Typically C:\HARP\). This file should overwrite the old "Health.mdb" file. 3. Copy the “pol_sep04.mdb” file to the HARP main folder (Typically C:\HARP\) 4. Open the HARP program. 5. Select the Utilities\Update Fixed Tables menu option from the HARP main screen. Browse to the “pol_sep04.mdb” file and then click OK. Summary of Changes to Health Table (Health.mdb): a.
