The section only pertains to Windows 2000 users, who have installed the full installation file of HARP Version 1.2 prior to August 16, 2005. The full installation file has since been corrected. If users did not have all of the Windows 2000 updates installed on their computer, HARP may have disabled the copy and paste function in Windows. If you are experiencing this issue, first download and install the Windows 2000 hotfix file. Then repair Internet Explorer through Add/Remove Programs in Windows Control Panel. If this option is not available, then download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft's website. Then run the setup file and select to reinstall or install the latest version.
