The Board may approve the voluntary program with the regulatory program as a backstop, or approve the regulation only. After the Board meeting, staff will provide notice regarding the outcome of the meeting. Specifically, staff will provide information addressing how affected vehicle owners should proceed depending on whether the voluntary program or the regulation is in effect.
