Grants will be made to co-fund qualified demonstration projects involving innovative air-pollution-control technologies and air-monitoring technolgies. However, this notice is in general distribution. It is NOT related to the ICAT program. (The next ICAT solicitaton will be made early in 2005.) The ARB is developing a Research Plan for Fiscal Year 2005-2006. We invite you to submit suggestions for research to be funded under this plan. This plan will serve as the roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year. The goal of the research program is to provide the timely scientific and technical information needed to develop and support the public policy decisions required for an effective air pollution control program.
