The OBD II Facts Sheet has been updated, including additional information on how to address vehicles that fail Smog Check due to incomplete readiness flags. Additionally, for vehicle manufacturers, an electronic version of ARB Mail-Out #95-20 “Guidelines for Compliance with On-Board Diagnostics II (OBD II) Requirements,” first released in 1995, has been added for reference. Finally, a left-hand navigation bar, which includes relevant OBD-related links, has been added for convenience to most of the OBD II webpages.
