Subject: ordiesel Workgroup Meeting February 16, 2005

ARB will be holding the second off-road equipment measure
workgroup meeting on Wednesday, February 16.  A preliminary
agenda for the meeting is posted at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/ordiesel/ordiesel.htm.  The meeting
will be held both in Sacramento and El Monte and will be
videoconferenced between the two locations.  It will also be
available via teleconference.  

If you plan to attend the workgroup meeting in person either in
Sacramento or El Monte, please RSVP via email to Zerguy
Maazouddin so that we may arrange for a security escort.

We had originally scheduled the next workgroup meeting for
mid-January.  However, we have decided to wait until
mid-February, by which time we will have completed a pilot
survey.  

We would also like to announce a change in staffing in the ARB's
off-road equipment measure team.  Our lead staff, Kim
Heroy-Rogalski, will be out on maternity leave for several
months beginning in January.  During that time, Ms. Jackie
Johnson, will take over as lead staff on the project.  Ms.
