Equipment Registration Program (PERP) area of the Air Resources
Board’s (ARB) website.  The PERP Homepage has been relocated to

In addition, ARB staff has developed a new “Portable Equipment”
webpage that provides information on the various activities
associated with portable equipment, including information on the
