The newly scheduled workshop will be held in San Diego on February 20. We invite your participation. We are also postponing the currently scheduled public workshops in Fresno, Sacramento, and Riverside on February 7, 8, and 13, respectively. The workshop set for February 20 in San Diego will remain unchanged.
