During the meeting, ARB will update Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) on ARB’s process for considering regional Sustainable Communities Strategies (SCS) as required by law. The ARB staff report is now available online, and will be presented to the Board at its September 22, 2011 meeting. This report describes the nature of the review and staff conclusions about the greenhouse gas reductions expected from the draft SCS for the San Diego region.
