Subject: sbidling Lower-Emission School Bus Program

The State Legislature has appropriated $25 million to the Air
Resources Board to clean up California's school bus fleet by
replacing or retrofitting older, higher-emitting buses. The
public meeting to discuss funding allocation has been scheduled
for the morning of October 14, 2005, from 9:30 am until 12:30
pm. The meeting will be held in Sacramento in the Byron Sher
Auditorium at the Cal/EPA headquarters building, 1001 I Street.
