Assembly Bill 1173 (Keeley, 2002), is now available for public
review at:

and will be considered by the Air Resources Board on March 17,

The previous draft Report (released November 2004) was reviewed
by an external scientific peer review panel.  The Report has
been revised in response to comments received from the public
and from the external scientific peer review panel.  For more
