There have been numerous inquiries requesting the concurrent testing of
Phase I and Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) systems.  In response
to these inquiries, the Air Resources Board (ARB) has agreed to allow
concurrent certification testing.  Conditions for concurrent testing are
outlined in the document entitled “Concurrent Certification Testing of
Vapor Recovery Systems”.  This document discusses the risks associated
with concurrent testing and requires the EVR applicant to acknowledge
those risks prior to conducting certification testing.  The document can
be viewed from ARB’s EVR webpage at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/evr/evr.htm.
