The Air Resources Board Enforcement Division is conducting an
Advanced Hearing Board workshop March 7 & 8, 2012 in San Luis
Obispo. This 2-day workshop, offered to the public, district
staff and hearing board members, gives comprehensive insight and
up-to-date information into the variance process and is highly
recommended for all hearing board members and any district staff,
in addition to industry staff, that deal with the variance

Subject: arbcombo -- MCLE Credit Available for Variance Hearing Board Workshops

Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits have again been
approved for CARB’s Variance Hearing Board Workshops. MCLEs are
offered to State Bar members that attend the workshops: 10.0
credits for the Advanced and 6.25 credits for the Introductory
Workshops.
 
District staff and board members that are involved with the
variance process are highly encouraged to attend. Additionally,
our hearing board workshops are extremely beneficial to industry
persons, by offering insight for presenting your case for
variance to a hearing board. Our next workshop will be in San
Luis Obispo on March 7 & 8, 2012
