Carl Moyer Program Guideline Equipment Replacement (Fleet Modernization) Working Group

The Off-Road Equipment Replacement Working Group is no longer convening.  The working group assited ARB staff in developing project criteria for this program which was adopted by the Board in March 2008 as part of the 2008 Moyer Guideline Revisions. Fleet modernization, also know as equipment replacement, involves scrapping an old piece of equipment which still has remaining useful life and replacing with a newer one.  Please contact your local air district to determine if an equipment replacement program is available in your area.  For general Carl Moyer Program off-road questions, please email Dinh Quach.

The seventh work group will be held on December 18, 2007

The sixth work group will be held on October 18, 2007

The fifth work group will be held on September 20, 2007

The fourth work group will be held on August 21, 2007.

The July 24, 2007 meeting was canceled.

We have not received any additional comments from the last meeting and do not have any new material to present at the scheduled July 24 meeting, therefore the meeting has been canceled.

The third work group was held on June 26, 2007.

The second work group was held on May 3, 2007

The work group will hold a kickoff meeting / conference call on April 20, 2007.
