Truck Regulation Upload, Compliance and Reporting System (TRUCRS) Fleet Compliance Status Lookup
Here you can look up companies or fleets that have reported in TRUCRS and printed a certificate of reported compliance for CARB’s Truck and Bus, Solid Waste Collection Vehicle, Airport Shuttle Bus, and Advanced Clean Fleets regulations.
This lookup allows you to search for fleets one at a time by entering any part of the company or fleet name, or TRUCRS ID, or Motor Carrier Number.
Or you can download a CSV file that contains the entire compliant fleet lookup list.
If your fleet has reported in TRUCRS but is not showing up on this lookup, make sure you have selected the “Click to Confirm” button and then “Print Certificate” button from the “Compliance Status” tab in your TRUCRS account.
Once a fleet prints their certificate of reported compliance in TRUCRS, that fleet will be included in this lookup after the next system update.
The system updates fleet information every hour.
Anyone who operates or directs the operation of any vehicle subject to the Truck and Bus or Advanced Clean Fleets regulations need to verify that each hired company is either in compliance with the regulation or has reported compliance to the California Air Resources Board.
