|VIN Stop Online Request form||Complete this form to initiate a registration hold or VIN Stop and submit it to the ARB. This request for VIN Stop Form is only applicable to vehicles subject to the Fleet Rule for Solid Waste Collection Vehicles or Fleet Rule for Public Agencies and Utilities.|
|Sample Record Keeping Forms in Excel (Instructions included)||All Solid Waste Collection Vehicle records must be made available to ARB staff upon request. These forms have been provided for preferance use to keep records in order. *Please follow the printing instructions on the form under instructions to accurately and adequatly print all sheets of the form.|

|"New" Sample Reporting Form for Use by Municipalities (Excel)||This form will replace the previously available form that is used by municipalities to provide the list of companies that perform solid waste collection operations within their jurisdiction. A new contact name has been provided for reporting and for follow-up information. All cities and municipalities must list all contract(s) as of January 1 of each applicable year, per section 2021.1(b)(1)(B).|
