RULEMAKING TO CONSIDER PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION FOR IN-USE OFF-ROAD DIESEL-FUELED FLEETS (July 23, 2009) FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION OAL approved Part 2 of the regulation with the Secretary of State on July 16, 2010, and will have the regulations published in the California Code of Regulations. The regulation effective date is August 15, 2010.
OAL approved Part 1 of the regulation with the Secretary of State on December 31, 2009, and will have the regulations published in the California Code of Regulations. The regulation effective date is December 3, 2009.
ADOPTED REGULATIONS AND MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO OAL Part 2The Final Rulemaking Package was filed with OAL on June 3, 2010. OAL has until July 15, 2010 to make a determination.
Part 1 The AB 2x 8 Amendments were filed with OAL on December 3, 2009. In accordance with Health and Safety Code section 43018.2 (AB2x 8), subdivision (b), this action by ARB is exempt from the Administrative Procedure Act and OAL review.
A business or person submitting a comment to a proposed regulation or proposed amendment or repeal of a regulation or any person who specifically request it has the right to request a copy of the Final Statement of Reasons (FSOR). Upon its completion, the Final Statement of Reasons (FSOR) will be available and copies may be requested from the agency contact persons, or may be obtained in electronic form from this web page.
