Follow-up Amendments to CaRFG 3 Regulations

RULEMAKING ON FOLLOW-UP AMENDMENTS TO THE
CALIFORNIA PHASE 3 REFORMULATED GASOLINE REGULATIONS

(November 16, 2000 Hearing)

On July 9, 2001, the final rulemaking file and regulations were submitted to the Office of Administrative Law for review and filing with the Secretary of State. OAL approved the amendments on August 20, 2001, and they became effective the same day. The approved Final Regulation Order and one of the incorporated documents contained corrections to the versions originally submitted to OAL. The 15-Day Notice with Attachments I - VI is being mailed to all commenters and to interested parties by the public availability date of March 30, 2001. The deadline for public comment on the proposed modifications is April 16, 2001. The final three files listed below contain the complete texts of the CaRFG regulations (86 pages), the "Procedures for Using the California Model for California Reformulated Gasoline Blendstocks for Oxygenate Blending" (15 pages) and the "California Procedures for Evaluating Alternative Specifications for Phase 3 Reformulated Gasoline Using the California Predictive Model" (66 pages) with the modified amendments shown.
