FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION

The Final Regulation Order was approved by OAL March 10, 2005, and the amendments will become effective April 9, 2005. Corrections were made in Section 2266.5(h)(2)(A) and (B), Title 13, CCR and those corrections are reflected in the corrected Final Regulation Order:

The Final Rulemaking Package was submitted to OAL on January 25, 2005. OAL has until March 9, 2005 to make a determination.
