RULEMAKING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRODUCTS REGULATIONS (November 17, 2006)
FINAL APPROVAL/OAL ACTION
OAL approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on November 8, 2007. The regulation will become effective on December 8, 2007.
