FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION

On March 24, 2005, OAL approved the final rulemaking package. It was filed with the Secretary of State and became effective the same day.


ADOPTED REGULATIONS AND MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO OAL

The final rulemaking package was submitted to OAL on February 11, 2005. OAL has until March 28, 2005 to make a determination.
