NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF A
PROPOSED AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURE FOR
STATIONARY COMPRESSION IGNITION ENGINES (STATIONARY ENGINE ATCM)



The Air Resources Board (the Board or ARB) will conduct a public hearing at the time and place noted below to renew consideration of the above regulations that were initially considered in November and December of 2003, but for which the Board delayed final action on the regulations in consideration of Executive Order S-2-03.

The items will be considered at a two-day meeting of the Board, which will commence at 9:00 a.m., February 26, 2004, and may continue at 8:30 a.m., February 27, 2004. The items may not be considered until February 27, 2004. Please consult the agenda for the meeting, which will be available at least 10 days before February 26, 2004, to determine the day on which these items will be considered.
