California Air Resources Board (CARB) does not require the use of these application templates but they are provided for your convenience in understanding and submitting the information required by the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation (Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93118.5). Use of these CARB templates is optional, entities can submit their own forms if preferred.
