| Description | Energy Commission's Food Production Investment Program seeks to accelerate the adoption of advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies at California food processing plants, demonstrate their reliability and effectiveness, help California food processors work towards a low carbon future, and benefit priority populations. There is up to $25 million available with potential for additional funding through grant funding opportunity GFO-19-901, Round 2. Applications are due at 5 p.m. on February 28, 2020.
