| Description | This meeting will bring together the SAFER Advisory Group to discuss items on the following agenda. Items on this agenda are numbered for identification purposes only; the SAFER Advisory Group may consider the items out of the listed order. AGENDA 1. Drinking Water Needs Assessment 2. Draft Fund Expenditure Plan Priorities 3. Public Comment 4. SAFER Program Updates PUBLIC COMMENT SAFER Advisory Group meetings are open to the public. Members of the public will be provided an opportunity to comment on agenda items in-person, by telephone or via the remote meeting platform (Zoom). Public comments on agenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes. To speak on an agenda item, please send an email to safer@waterboards.ca.gov with the following information: 1. In the email subject line, write “AGM2 Comment”. 2. In the body of the email, please include the following: a. Your name. b. Who you represent (self, another person, an organization, etc.). c. The agenda item number or topic you wish to speak on. d. If you want to speak or if you want your comment read aloud by staff. e. The last three digits of the phone number you will be calling from. The meeting coordinator will respond to your email with instructions. LANGUAGE SERVICES This meeting will be offered in English and Spanish. To request interpretation in another language or sign language services, please submit your request by May 25th at (916) 445-5615 or safer@waterboards.ca.gov. |
