| Description | The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to the third Joint Grant Solicitation work group meeting for Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers and Statewide Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) projects. Up to $215.5 million is currently available for the Financing Assistance project, Statewide Clean Cars 4 All, and Zero Emission Assistance Program (ZAP). These projects are among CARB vehicle purchase incentive portfolio that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution. This work group will offer a final opportunity for potential applicants to ask questions about the solicitation process before the solicitation is issued. |
