Description | Do you have questions about the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Request for Applications (RFA) for Planning and Capacity Building (Planning), Clean Mobility in Schools (CMIS), and the Sustainable Transportation Equity Project (STEP)? The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will hold two question and answer (Q&A) sessions during the Concept Phase, at which time staff will answer clarifying questions regarding the application process, requirements, and anything else related to the RFA. Note: CARB will not answer questions on this RFA outside of the public Q&A sessions. Email your questions to step@arb.ca.gov. Questions submitted to CARB via email will be answered first, followed by an opportunity for live questions during each session.
