| Description | While the SB 1 Grant Program operates on a rolling, quarterly basis, and proposals can be submitted at any time, all projects must be brought to Council meetings for funding approval and award. The following interim deadlines are in place to ensure projects can be reviewed and considered for funding in time to be brought to our quarterly Council Meetings. Submission deadline for
