The California Air Resources Board (CARB) hosts a series of monthly evening community meetings on the third Tuesday of most months. The purpose of these meetings is to host focused discussions on CARB’s Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan Development Process, which explains how CARB will spend money on projects related to zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) and improving air quality.

During this meeting, CARB staff will give a summary of the Implementation and Solicitation work group for the California E-Bike Incentive Project. They will provide an update on funding window one and expectations for funding window two. They are seeking feedback on staff proposals for project improvements which include updates to the application process, a community-based organization incentive set-aside and a new electric bike (e-bike) incentive solicitation. The following presentation will be a summary of the Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan (Funding Plan) Development Process workgroup. This summary is intended to educate the public about the development process, timeline, and how to participate and engage in the process to develop the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Funding Plan.
